Shipping
Made to order items will have a longer turnaround time - usually up to two weeks, we will be in contact to let you know an estimated despatch date.
Postage will be calculated from the postage rates of the largest/heaviest items and any additional items purchased will be charged at the secondary rate.
Parcels will usually be sent via Royal Mail Second Class to keep postage costs low for the buyer, items worth £20 or more will be sent tracked. Outside of the UK we will send via Royal Mail International Standard which takes roughly 5 to 7 days.
Do get in contact if you would like your parcel sent tracked or via a faster delivery method.
We try to re-use padded envelopes, boxes and packaging materials as much as possible for environmental reasons and to keep postage costs low for our customers!
